By connecting a wallet to, or otherwise using, ZAYKO Reward (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms below. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
ZAYKO Reward is an experimental, community-driven loyalty program built on the Solana blockchain. $ZAYKO is a memecoin with no intrinsic value. Nothing here is an investment, a security, or a promise of profit. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone.
01Experimental software
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. It is an experimental product under active development and may contain bugs, incorrect data, or interruptions. Loyalty points, tiers and reward calculations may be corrected, reset or adjusted if an error, exploit or abuse is detected.
02No financial or legal advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.
03No guaranteed rewards
Loyalty points and reward amounts are discretionary community incentives. They are not a debt, a dividend, a yield, or a contractual entitlement. Reward availability depends on the reward vault being sufficiently funded, and the program may be modified, paused or discontinued at any time without notice.
04Eligibility and program rules
Loyalty accrual requires holding the minimum $ZAYKO balance for the relevant tier. Balances, tiers and eligibility are verified server-side against live on-chain data at the moment of each check and of each claim. If your balance falls below the threshold, accrual is paused and existing points are preserved; each tier cycle runs independently. Selling or transferring tokens may affect your status.
05Non-custodial service
The Service never takes custody of your assets. We do not store seed phrases or private keys, and we can never move funds out of your wallet. Every action that touches your wallet requires your explicit authorization in your own wallet application.
06Blockchain and market risk
Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all value. On-chain transactions are irreversible, can fail, and may be delayed by network conditions. You accept the full risk of loss, including loss caused by market movements, network failures, wallet compromise, phishing, or third-party service outages.
07Availability and third parties
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including the Solana network, RPC providers and wallet applications. We do not control these services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Always verify the official $ZAYKO mint address before purchasing.
08Intellectual property and branding
The ZAYKO name, mascot, artwork and site content belong to their respective owners and may not be used to impersonate the project or to mislead users. ZAYKO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, or any wallet provider.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project team and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including lost tokens, lost profits, missed rewards, or data inaccuracies.
10Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be restricted where use would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
